  • Scene Investigations

Scene investigations are completed for several different reasons. First of all, they are conducted in an effort to understand the circumstance of an incident. Secondly, they are done to provide the claimant an opportunity for the claimant to describe the events that led up to his or her injury.

Part of a scene investigation could include a job video demonstration. The video can be used by attorneys and treating physicians to determine compensability and the mechanism of injury.

Along with job video demo, Subrogation is explored. If an injury is caused by negligent third party, subrogation is identified and the responsible party is identified.
