    Pre-employment screenings are custom fit to the client. Generally, a meeting is held to determine what history or background information the client is looking for in potential employees. For example, criminal history, driving history, civil history, past employment, and education.

    Not all potential employees would require all the history. A secretary position would not require a screening of the potential employee’s driving history, whereas a vice president position would require past education verification. The depth of the screening dictates the cost of the investigation and little money spent upfront can save a tremendous amount on the backside.
