  • Who We Are

    Our team is comprised of seasoned investigators who actually investigate. Our company does not hire camera operators.  We require investigators to go out into the field and knock on doors and ask questions to develop the needed information that is required by the client.  We pride ourselves in the ability to uncover information and develop leads for new intelligence that was previously unknown.  All investigators are now Certified as Social Media Research Investigators.  This new certification provides the tools to gather the information to provide a quality investigation.

     

     

    How We Are Different

    Our executive leaders believe in business being conducted the old fashion way, by a Handshake.  We believe contracts bread complacency.  Our work product speaks for itself, and we believe that contracts are handcuffs and no one likes to be handcuffed.

     

     

    Our Commitment Will Remain The Same

    Our goal is to meet with each adjuster prior to the start of any investigation. We believe that a face to face meeting may be necessary to brainstorm and develop a proper investigative action plan.  These meetings will vary in length depending on the complexity of the investigation and are at the discretion of the client.  Our executive team will always make time to personally review the case with the adjuster to ensure the goals are clear.
